At sudden damage


Please report the damage first to AutoConcept for recommendation of a workshop.

For information concerning the warranty/insurance cover, see the warranty certificate/proof of warranty and general conditions.

Remember to bring your warranty/insurance certificate to the workshop in conjunction with troubleshooting.

Your claim is lodged online here by the workshop after troubleshooting has been carried out. The workshop must be approved byt AutoConcept and VAT registered. When we receive the report the claim departement performs a fast, competent and objective assessment whereupon the workshop will receive a written response via e-mail.

PLEASE NOTE! Repairs started before AutoConcept's written consent, is carried out at the vehicle owner's expense.

If a failure should occur when you are on holiday in the EU, EEA, EFTA, you must report the damage to AutoConcept, and take the vehicle to the nearest authorized brand workshop.

Before the repair begins the workshop must make a claim report here, at AutoConcept's website. As soon as it is received the claims departement performs a quick, competent and objective assessment whereupon the workshop will receive a written response back. Remember that you are responsible for the troubleshooting cost, if the damage is not covered by the warranty. You pay for the repairs and then send the receipt and your account number to us.

Hourly Rate
In accordance with instructions from the insurer reserves the right to AutoConcept in case of injury management using the hourly rate prescribed in the Auto Data's international regulations.
